Uninstalling and reinstalling the software and drivers. I already tried clearing my browser's cache. It used to work fine but not it's been three days I keep getting that frustrating pop up. I don't really want to manually recreate the same set up I made on the main desktop for each of the programs since this Restore feature is what it's for. How can that be? When I'm able to log in just fine and even navigate the website with my account?Ĭlicking the 'OK' button closes the pop up but nothing happens when I click on Backup, Restore or Manage under the CLOUD BACKUP section. I opened up the Wacom Desktop Center, Logged In to it (my name showing on the top-right), and wanted to Restore a Backup Settings I made on the main desktop - there were lots of different settings I made for each of the couple of programs I use my tablet in).īut then, I keep getting a pop up window with 'No Access to Wacom Cloud' on the title bar with the message in the middle saying 'Wacom Cloud authentication failed.' So I left home (where the main desktop I use my tablet on) for a long vacation but I took with me a laptop so I could continue working on my own project.
